These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Skyler ONE, provided by Skyler Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Skyler ONE prepares you for sales meetings using data you choose to connect — calendar, email, and uploaded pitch decks. Features and plans are described on our Pricing page and may change over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be authorized to connect any calendar, email, or content you bring into Skyler ONE.
Your first five calendar meetings are prepared free with no credit card. Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed as described at sign-up. You can stop using the service at any time.
You retain all rights to the content you connect or upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train external AI models or share it with other customers.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, reverse-engineering the service, or using it to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Brad may draft messages and follow-ups, but the service will not send emails or take external actions on your behalf without your explicit approval.
The service is provided "as is." Research, briefs, and generated content are aids for your judgment, not guarantees of accuracy. Verify important facts — Skyler ONE shows sources where available to help you do so.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyler Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms; we'll note the effective date above. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
